I've been a patent lawyer since 2002. After law school I joined a firm doing federal antitrust litigation until going on my own in 2009 to pursue my goal of working with creative people and helping them protect their work.
I counsel my clients primarily in the areas of contracts, trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
See my post on what I learned at the 2010 Launch Music Conference in Lancaster, PA for suggestions on protecting your name and music, and most importantly, how to get paid. http://tinyurl.com/28naung
