These kids spend their weekdays filling their report cards with A+'s, but when the school bell rings, they rock the stage with their high energy shows.
Even though they're only in middle school, they are veterans of the stage, performing with artists like Public Enemy, Forever the Sickest Kids, and Sister Hazel in venues such as the National Harbor, National Sylvan Theater, Jammin Java, the 930 Club DC, the Quarter Baltimore, and JAXX. Formed in 2009, the A+ Dropouts toured throughout Virginia, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin while working on their self titled EP featuring their incredible hit single "On Your Own".
They have played at Summerfest, World's Largest Music Festival in 2010. Some of the headliners at Summerfest were Santana, Eric Clapton, Sheryl Crow, Usher, Justin Bieber, and Public Enemy. Additionally, they were the youngest band to play at the Launch Music Conference in Lancaster, PA.
In 2010, they were voted as one of the top 12 teen bands in America. They have had TV appearances on all the major news stations in the DC metro area, including NBC 4, Fox 5, and TBD Channel News 8.
With the influences of artists like Green Day, Blink 182, No Doubt, Avenged Sevenfold, Guns and Roses, and Fall Out Boy, the A+ Dropouts have created their own appealing sound. Their extraordinary talent and charm has attracted an instant fan base and has inspired followers of all ages.
